1. What is RecHub?
RecHub is an all-in-one, fully integrated software solution for outdoor recreation organizations. It helps you manage everything from online reservations to equipment checkouts, membership tracking and much, MUCH more! You can view a comprehensive list of our features here.
2. What types of businesses do you work with?
Our platform is specifically built for businesses that specialize in outdoor recreation. We work with sailing clubs, surf shops, paddle sports, climbing gyms, scuba schools, outfitters, bike rentals, outdoor university programs and many more! Not in the outdoor space but still want to save time and money? Contact us to learn more about how we can help your organization grow.
3. How much does it cost?
Due to the specific nature of our software, pricing can vary by a number of factors (Think: size of organization, desired features, types of events). You can learn more about our pricing options here or by contacting us directly for a quote.
4. What about setup and training? Support?
We offer personalized one-on-one training to make sure your transition is as seamless as possible. Need help with data migration? Just ask!
If you have questions or run into any issues later on, you can always submit a help ticket online or call us in an emergency.
5. Will I need to switch my payment processor?
We're currently integrated with several credit card processing systems. Most of our clients use and have saved significant amounts of money (some over $10,000!) by using CardConnect. For smaller organizations, we offer compatibility with Stripe. University or other large organization? We can also support over 100 different gateways linked to Spreedly*.

6. What about the privacy of my customers?
RecHub will NEVER share your or your customers’ private information. By saving only tokenized credit cards on our servers, you can rest assured knowing your information is safe. We’re also PCI compliant.
